  • My rates reflect my technical ability. Clients who work with me arenโ€™t looking for the cheapest solution, theyโ€™re looking for a unicorn.

    I donโ€™t just create strategy, I implement and execute. Iโ€™m comfortable taking the lead and offering up the best solutions for expedite results.

    I work well with clients who arenโ€™t quite sure what they need but know they need ongoing support around identifying goals and maintaining momentum.

  • I base my pricing on time rather than specific tasks, as many clients arenโ€™t sure exactly what they need when they first approach me. We start with immediate needs and build out a plan to revise, revamp, and refresh.

    I track my time in 15-minute increments so that tasks and projects that donโ€™t require as much technical savvy get billed at lower increments (15-30 minutes), while more technical tasks get billed in higher increments (3-4 hours).

    Clients get a live link to my time tracking sheet to see how time has been spent on their behalf. Itโ€™s a great way to see how much time Iโ€™m taking to get things done.

  • While I offer general administrative services, I specialize in digital marketing services; helping my clients develop a thriving online presence, and taking care of all of the details associated with that presence.

    I continue offering administrative support because thereโ€™s a lot of admin in everyday operations. I have the capability of handling a little bit of everything.

  • Iโ€™ve worked in administrative support positions all my life: starting as a receptionist at my dadโ€™s law firm when I was 16. I worked in television production straight out of college, working on a TV show called Friends as a production assistant and post production coordinator.

    I continued working as a senior executive assistant for many years in various startup industries: software development, venture capital, healthcare, and finance.

    My bachelors is in communication and media studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

    Iโ€™m a Type A Capricorn.

  • I do and Iโ€™m happy to provide a list of clients who would be willing to attest to my abilities.

  • The Acumen Agency is really a company of one. When you sign on as a client, you will work with me directly. I design, code, develop, handle everything.

  • After youโ€™ve paid your first invoice, you will schedule an onboarding call where we will do deep dive into your goals and priorities. At the end of that call, we will determine priority for your goals.

    I speak with each of my clients on a weekly basis for 30-60 minutes and in between those calls, weโ€™ll communicate via Trello.

    Trello is a project management tool helpful in maintaining ongoing communication, taking all of our communications out of our inboxes. There is no additional cost to clients to use this tool. I pay for this.

    I train clients how to use Trello during our onboarding call.

  • I work with clients who have other VAs on their team who can handle certain tasks therefore not impacting my retainer hours.

    I can train clientsโ€™ other VA team members to maintain systems Iโ€™ve put in place.

  • Once work commences, refunds are not offered unless I cancel our agreement. Then, money will be refunded within one business day. If you cancel the agreement, any hours not used will be forfeited.

    When a client projects concludes, any and all files that Iโ€™ve created are transferred to them. I will make sure they have everything they need to move forward successfully and seamlessly. I pride myself on being a consummate professional.
